How to make delicious Jello Pinwheels!

These wiggly rolls of gelatin with marshmallows are really delicious and make a great treat for kids, I hope you enjoy them! Ingredients  3 oz pack of flavored gelatin 1 ⁄ 2 cup of warm water (Replace this with juice if your gelatin is unflavored) 1- 1 ⁄ 2 cup of marshmallows   Directions Add warm water to the gelatin powder. Mix in your marshmallows and then microwave for 1-3 minutes, the marshmallows should be melted. Mix evenly and let the mixture set until the creamy layer floats to the top. Pour into an 8 inch square cake pan, and refrigerate. After letting it cool, loosen the edges with a knife. Starting at one end, roll tightly. Once completely rolled into a cylinder, cut into 1/2 inch slices. To store the pinwheels, refrigerate. How to Make Soft Cookies With a Cake Mix in 10 minutes!

This is an easy recipe for making really soft cookies with a cake mix that I found; it's really helpful for a last minute dessert, and is also good for a midnight snack! Here it is: Ingredients 1 box of any cake mix 1 ⁄ 2 cup of vegetable oil 2 eggs 2 cups of chocolate chips (or any variety of toppings!)  Directions Combine cake mix, oil and eggs in a bowl and mix well Mix in toppings Drop by teaspoons of dough on an un-greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for only 7-10 minutes. (I prefer 8 minutes) After removing the cookies from the oven, let the cookies stand on a sheet for two minutes, then allow them to cool on racks.
